• Gather your guest list addresses

9 MONTHS
• Mail your save the dates

6–8 MONTHS
• Gather information & wording for your invitation suite

5 MONTHS
• Begin design process for your invitation suite

3 MONTHS
• Assemble & address your invitation suites & envelopes
• Order your custom wedding thank you notes

2 MONTHS
• Mail your invitation suite
• Begin design process for your wedding day-of stationery and decor — such as ceremony programs, escort cards, menus, table numbers and any calligraphy and chalkboard signage
• Order rehearsal dinner invitations

4–6 WEEKS
• Send rehearsal dinner invitations

3–4 WEEKS
• Receive wedding day-of stationery and decor

1–2 MONTHS AFTER WEDDING
• Mail your thank you notes
